Moving Beyond Ergonomics

We get it. You’ve got a job to do. That job likely has you at a desk or a screen for close to 1/3 of waking hours during the week. Our careers are spent following the research and actually utilizing that research to help people get out of pain. Our favorite thing to do is to help use what we’ve learned to help our clients avoid unnecessary pain in the first place. If you’re a parent, chances are you’re in some sort of pain. It turns out caring for little squirmy kettlebells is pretty physically demanding. If you haven’t thought about how to prepare and protect your body from the physical challenges of getting through a day with little kids this guide will help you develop awareness of the most important concepts to consider and give you practical tips, ideas and exercises to get you ready to crush the physical demands of modern parenthood.


The Powerful Parent Club

Modern parenthood is tough enough already. While our family and kids will always come first, it’s crucial that we take care of ourselves and develop a lifestyle that allows us to do all of the activities we want with our little ones. The Powerful Parent Club was created to give parents some inspiration to get creative and have fun with their kids while also building movement into their day.


Overcoming Plantar Fascitis

As a Doctor of Physical Therapy, I've seen it too many times and heard too many people complain about pain in their feet without taking optimal actions to resolve the cause of the issue. I am passionate about helping spread and generate awareness for some of the most important things that have been recognized and utilized by researchers and top practitioners in the physical wellness field. We know that our body parts don't work in isolation and that pain and pathology are complex and multi-factorial. That being the case, I developed this course as a way to share some of the most important areas to consider and think about while you work to not only overcome foot pain but try to reduce the risks of it returning again.
